Can I Bring in Outside Food or Drink?

No outside food or drink is allowed in the Arcade, Snack Bar or Waterpark

Do I get a reserved table with my Birthday party for the whole time in the Waterpark?

You will get a reserved table and a Birthday Attendant for 2 hours for your food and present service

What if my child or a child attending the party has any allergies?

Please let your Sales person know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions

Are there other packages other than just the Birthday Party?

I like the Waterpark Packages but I feel I want to add things on, is this possible?

Yes, ask your Sales Representative for a list of Waterpark party add ons. We offer everything from additional food items, to balloons, Towels, Shirts and More.

What is the payment schedule for Waterpark Parties?

A deposit must be made at the time of signing, and 72 hours in advance final numbers must be given and final payment must be made.

Does everyone need to sign a Waiver?

Yes, everyone who will be in the water, need to sign a waiver. If the swimmer is under 16 a parent or guardian must sign for them.

What are the Rules and Regulations of the Waterpark?

Please refer to the Waves Waterpark Rules and Regulations for all information.

How many chaperones are needed?

1 Adult Chaperone (18 years old or older) can accompany 6 children or less.

Is there a Non-Swimmer Rate for Birthday Parties?

Yes, it is $13.95/per person + Taxes and Gratuity for Unlimited Pizza and Pop only.

Do I need to bring my own Towel?

If you are staying at the hotel we will provide you with towels. If you are visiting the waterpark using a day pass, you are required to bring your own towel or you may purchase one from the Gift Shop.

When do I need to book my party by?

At least 4 days in advance of the party.

How can I pay for my party?

Payment by credit card, debit or cash. No personal cheques accepted.

What happens if I need to cancel?

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy in effect.
